We're looking for outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented Bartenders and Servers who thrive in a social, guest-focused environment. You'll craft cocktails, serve guests in a beautiful lounge setting, and help create an atmosphere that's relaxed, flirty, and unforgettable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and maintain accurate tabs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service areas
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as needed
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with local alcohol laws
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations
• Promote specials, events, and signature cocktails to enhance guest experience
• Represent the Cheeky brand with confidence, positivity, and professionalism

Requirements

• Bilingual required (ability to have conversations with English and Spanish speaking clients)
• Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred (pool, lounge, or resort experience even better!)
• Knowledge of basic mixology and cocktail preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to serve alcohol in Mexico
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors in a pool environment
